Hi, I’m Mandy…
Thanks for being here! I have been teaching yoga since 2022 and studied for my 200 hour certification at YAM and studied for my 300 hour certification with Vira Bhava Yoga School. As a teacher, I love leading classes that are invigorating and strengthening while also incorporating Pranayama and weaving in yoga philosophy. And while I love a strong, physical practice, my experience of yoga goes beyond the mat. Yoga is a path that helps me live a deeper, more meaningful life that leans into the truth of who I am.
